You first need to sign up in Uber as a driver and check the box, need a car or visit the Vehicle section of the partnered dashboard, and there you will see Hertz, and under Hertz, choose “Rent a Vehicle”.

Then you need to choose the vehicle and set up an appointment to pick up the car at the Hertz location.

You will require a valid credit/debit card for payment and a valid driving license.

The contract begins with 7 days, and extension can be done 3 more times, which means you can rent a car for 28 days, and after that a new sign-up procedure begins.

Make sure to return the car at the same Hertz location with the original paperwork.

How Much Hertz Charge?

Hertz’s weekly rental charge is $214 per week, including taxes, fees, gas, and other extra prices, and you have also paid the security deposit of $200 when you collect the car from Hertz location, and the security deposit is refundable. (source)

Hertz only provides insurance for personal use with a deductible amount of $1000 with maintenance and roadside assistance included.


#2.Uber Rental Car Service with Avis

Sign up for Uber, and if you are an eligible driver, then you can work under the Uber rental program with Avis to start earning.

The procedure is the same as hertz – you can select the eligible car and pick up from the Avis location and start driving to make money.

A valid credit card is required to make the payment with a valid driving license, and you have 25 years of age.(source)
